\\DAILY TICKET:
Daily tickets are available only for friday or saturday or sunday. Ordering one day party in advance or dance workshops only is not possible. Thanks for your understanding.
​
\\ONLINE BOOKING
The ticket purchase through the site can be made ONLY until 1 day (untill 5th November) befor the event starts, due to the need for the verification of the ticket payment. After this date, the ticket purchase can ONLY be made directly at the event location itself, depending on to the availability of places.
Do not wait to long! The tickets for the Fesitval 2016 were sold out 3 three weeks before the festival.
\\REGISTRATION
Please use the registration payment form for ordering.
After your successful registration/payment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. In the case that you don't get this e-mail in 4 four weekdays, get in contact with the event administration through the e-mail info@forro-aachen.de or through our contact form.
If you do not receive the confirmation message within 4 four weekdays of registration/payment, please check your Spam or Bulk E-Mail folder just in case the confirmation email got delivered there instead of your inbox. If so, select the confirmation message and mark it Not Spam, which should allow future messages to get through.

\\CHECK IN AT FESTIVAL
STEP 1: CHECK your payment details and your purchased pass:
The One-Week-Pass will give you acces to all the workshops & parties from Monday till Sunday.
The Weekend-Pass will give you acces to all the workshops & parties from Thursday till Sunday.
The Day-Pass is only for the respective day
The Party-Full-Pass will give you only acces to all parties from Wednesday till Sunday.

STEP 2: PRINT your payment receipt.
STEP 3: Present the payment receipt and your ID (a document with your full name and your photo) when you check-in at the festival.
STEP 4: If you're already registered with a group, please tell us your group name when you check-in at the festival.
STEP 5: Do not forget your ID. No ID, No PASS = *BRACELET.

*Your Festival bracelet is your pass for the workshops and/or parties, please do not lose this. Otherwise you have to buy a new one.

\\TICKET CONTROL
One-Week-Pass:
On Monday (06.11.) at the place of the Workshops, you can exchange your ticket (payment receipt) into valid One-Week-Festival bracelet.
​
Weekend-Pass:
On Thursday (09.11.) 07:00 p.m., at the place of the Workshops/Party or on Friday (10.11.) or Saturday (11.11.) or Sunday (12.11.) at the place of the Workshops, you can exchange your ticket (payment receipt) into valid Festival bracelet.
On Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday NIGHT (PARTY) you can enter ONLY with the
PASS = BRACELET (full or the appropriate pass for the day or party pass)!

Party-Full-Pass
From Wednesday you can exchange your ticket (payment receipt) into valid Party-Full-Pass at the parties door.

\\PARTY TICKETS AT THE DOOR
Every venue will sell tickets at the door, provided that the concert is not sold out.

\\GROUPDISCOUNT FULLPASS
The best way to have fun is to share the joy with your forrozeiros friends.
Tickets with groupdiscount can not be ordered in the system on the website.
Please send us a list with the names of the respective members of the group. Then you will get further information, in order to make the transfer. Many thanks!
A group should consist of a minimum of 10 ten people by common payment. Valid for all Workshops and all parties.

\\FESTIVAL T-SHIRTS
Yes, there will be festival t-shirts! If you would like to have one, please let us know by filling out the application form for the festival. Please, also specify your size, so that we have the right sizes in stock. Payment on location.

\\WHERE ARE THE WORKSHOPS?
Monday, Wednesday and Friday the workshops will take place at the heart of the city at Chico Mendes.
Tuesday in Aachen west at our forró dance classes school - Bleiberger Fabrik (near the centre of the city)
Saturday and Sunday all dance classes will take place at the Intercultural Centre (near the centre of the city)

\\ADAVANCED, INTERMEDIATE OR BEGINNER?
There will be courses at several levels: A class for advanced learners, one for intermediate learners and one for beginners. If you are not sure which level is adequate for you, you can make a preliminary choice. After consulting the course instructor you can still switch to another level.

\\I DO NOT HAVE A DANCING PARTNER :(
Do not worry! Bring yourself and some good vibes.
During the classes, each teacher will exchange the partners on the course every few minutes. Thus, each participant has the chance to dance, although it has itself no dance partner. Show de bola :)!
​
\\CLASS CONTENTENT AND LEVEL
Please be honest with yourself by registering and do not overestimate yourself! Because this can disturb your dance development and the other participants in the course as well.
​
\\MEALS AND DRINKS DURING THE DANCE WORKSHOPS
You can bring your water and a small snack to the workshops during the day.
For all participants it will be possible during the dance workshops to buy cold and warm drinks, fresh sandwiches and sweets nearby the workshop place.
The consumption of food and glass bottles in the dance room is prohibited.

If you're coming from another city and looking for a place to sleep for the Forró Aachen Festival, feel free to aks here.
If you can offer a couch or a few free and clean square metres on your floor, think about hosting someone. It's always nice to meet new Forró people- have a good time together, maybe built a friendship.

Not always but most, there are night-busses running during the night. So for your own comfort, check it before, so that you don't need to wait to long outside the party...! ;-). Or you share a taxi with your forró dance friends :).
